ITINERARY Please allow 45 minutes before the ceremony to arrive. See TRAVEL page for information on parking. Ceremony will begin at 3:30pm in the upstairs Loft and should last half an hour. Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour from 4pm-5pm in the Vod-Vil bar. Cash bar with snacks provided. Reception will begin at 5pm in the ballroom. Food will be served buffet style at 5:30pm, followed by toasts and dancing until 9:30pm. Bar will close at 9pm.
